Matthew is a founding partner of Warren Kachur Osadetz LLP. Matthew has a diverse practice and is experienced in many aspects of the law. His main practice is in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, franchise law, and construction law. Matthew also has a sizeable practice in wills, estate planning, and estate administration.
Matthew continues to advise his clients on litigation matters relating to breach of contract, shareholder oppression, builders’ lien matters and employment matters. Matthew has appeared before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, and a number of administrative tribunals.
Matthew was raised in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. He is married and has two young sons and a spunky dog. Outside of work, Matthew is an avid golfer and overall sports enthusiast who has a passion for the Green Bay Packers.
